Corn Salad

I love this corn salad because it's light, refreshing and easy to make! Also, it's a perfect side dish for any bbq type meals!!

Ingredients:
2 cans of corn, drained or 5 ears of corn, shucked
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 tablespoon of worchershire sauce
1 cup of red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup of green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon of cilantro, chopped fine
salt & pepper to taste

Preparation:
Mix everything in a large bowl and let it rest for 2 hours in fridge before serving.
Enjoy!
